We have set up 30 SMT production lines in the 100 thousand level dust-free production workshop with the full automatic high speed chip mounter, full automatic printing machine, and nitrogen reflow welding equipment and so on, which can meet the mounting of 01005 components, and can produce nearly 700 million points per month.
Our manufacturing and assembly team is made up of 15 R&D team members which include 1 master's degree student, 9 undergraduates, and 5 junior college students. They are responsible for the designing of our electronics components and structural parts. We have an independently operated laboratory with two aging rooms, where components are subjected to constant temperature experiments, high and low temperature experiments, and various aging tests.
