1. Tester for the first SMT parts
The instrument can automatically detect the first part, effectively preventing human errors and leakage. It also has a traceability function.
2. X-RAY inspection equipment
When the device is tilted tested, the picture of the detected object always stays at the center of the screen, and after the magnification the picture's position stays still on the center of the screen.
3. 3D solder paste inspection machine (SPI)
The inspection machine can avoid the PCB deformation and precisely check out the solder paste defect coverage. It can check the products of low solder bridging.
4. Appearance on-line optical inspection machine (AOI)
Through AOI, we can check whether the appearance of the product meets the requirements of customers. The optical resolution of AOI can reach 10 µm or 12.5 µm.
